Configuring PagerDuty to receive AirShield notifications can be performed two ways: automated or manual.

Automated Setup

The quickest method is to use the Integration Setup URL below. While logged in to the LOCH Console in another window or tab, click the following link:

Click to Integrate with PagerDuty

Follow the steps to select your Service(s) and new Notifiers will be generated in the Console.

Manual Setup

These steps require manually configuring an Integration and adding it to the Console.

Step 1: Login to PagerDuty

Begin by logging in to your PagerDuty instance and navigate to your Service view.

Step 2: Add the LOCH AirShield an Integration

Navigate to the Integrations tab and click on add an integration:

In the Integrations search dialog, type LOCH AirShield and select it:

Step 3: Obtain the Integration Key from PagerDuty

After saving the Integration, find the Integration Key from PagerDuty:

Copy the key to your clipboard.

Step 4: Add Integration Key to LOCH Notifier

Create or edit a Notifier for PagerDuty and paste the Integration Key:

Connect the Notifier to a Policy

From the Create a New Policy or Edit a Policy view, select the new PagerDuty Notifier:
